When Erin Wakefield Brownlee was a child, she would sit in the office of her dad’s drywall business and color old sets of building drawings.

Today, Brownlee is a co-owner of the Wakefield Corp., a drywall and metal studs framing subcontracting company her father started in 1986, and her daughter is the one in her office with the crayons.

“I want to maintain the values and vision my dad started in 1986,” she says.
